1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuickRoam, including purchasing or activating any eSIM plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use QuickRoam. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Description of Services

QuickRoam provides international data connectivity via eSIM technology. Plans are provided for short- or long-term use and vary by region and network availability.

• eSIM plans are data-only and do not include SMS or voice calling unless specifically stated.
• Coverage and speeds may vary depending on your location, device compatibility, and local network conditions.

4. Device Compatibility

It is the user’s responsibility to confirm their device supports eSIM and is unlocked. No refunds will be issued due to incompatibility or locked devices.

5. No Refund Policy

All eSIM purchases are final. No refunds will be issued once an eSIM QR code or activation information has been delivered, including but not limited to:

• Accidental purchase
• Device incompatibility
• Unused data or expiration
• Network issues due to third-party carriers

6. Limitation of Liability

Secured Technologies Ltd and QuickRoam shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Business interruptions or delays
• Failure in network coverage or internet speed
• Damage to devices or data

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. You acknowledge that QuickRoam is dependent on third-party telecom providers, and we make no guarantees regarding availability, quality, or performance of the networks.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use QuickRoam services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of our systems
• Resell or redistribute eSIM services without written permission
• Use services in violation of local laws or carrier policies

8. Modifications to Service or Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of our services or these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on QuickRoam.io, including but not limited to logos, branding, text, and images, are the intellectual property of Secured Technologies Ltd and may not be used without permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of QuickRoam is subject to our Privacy Policy which governs how we collect, store, and use your information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
