At QuickRoam, we are committed to providing fast and reliable international eSIM services. Due to the nature of digital products and telecommunications, our refund policy is limited and strictly enforced to prevent misuse or fraud.
1. All Sales Are Final Once Activated or Delivered
We do not offer refunds under the following conditions:
- If the eSIM has been delivered, scanned, installed, or activated
- If any amount of data has been used
- If the customer’s device is incompatible with eSIM
- If there are network issues or speed limitations due to third-party carrier performance
Please confirm device compatibility, region coverage, and data plan selection before purchasing. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper setup.
2. Refund Eligibility (Unactivated eSIMs Only)
A refund may be considered within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase if ALL of the following conditions are met:
- The eSIM has not been delivered or installed
- The eSIM has not been activated or used in any way
- You contact us via email at support@quickroam.io within the 7-day window
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We cannot issue refunds under any of the following circumstances:
- Mistaken purchase of the wrong plan, region, or data size
- Network coverage issues outside of our control
- Change of travel plans
- Delay in eSIM delivery due to incorrect email or spam filtering
- eSIM installation failure due to user error or incompatible device
4. Duplicate Purchases
If a customer accidentally purchases the same eSIM plan twice and neither has been activated, please contact us immediately. We may issue a credit or refund for the duplicate if reported within 7 days.
5. Chargebacks and Fraud
Any fraudulent chargebacks or misuse of the refund process will result in the immediate suspension of your QuickRoam account and permanent ban from future use. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks with our payment processor.

- Your order number
- Reason for the refund
- Confirmation that the eSIM has not been installed or used
